WinUp which does all those tasks in 1 click. It is a Windows only software.

Getting started:

1. You need .net framework 2 for this application. If you don’t have it get it from here
2. Download WinUp from here
3. Open the program
4. Right click the tray icon, select update, check for updates. Once update is done, you are ready to go.
5. When you want to take a screenshot, press Left Control + 1
6. Your screen will dim out, now drag the mouse and select the area you wish to take a picture off
7. Release mouse
8. The link to the image will be in your clipboard.
